Giving every shipment a voice.
We make transit damage visible, so every handoff in the supply chain is accountable.
Why we exist
Most transit damage happens inside the box. The carton looks perfect, it passes every check at every handoff, and the problem is only found after delivery. By then nobody can say where it happened, so the manufacturer, the carrier and the customer each point to the next, and the loss quietly returns to the manufacturer.
Imported impact indicators exist, but they cost too much to put on everyday shipments, and India had no scaled domestic option. We started iNTACT to change that.
What we build
The iNTACT indicator is a small, passive label that goes on the outside of a package. It needs no batteries and no setup. If the shipment takes an impact above its rated threshold, the window turns red and stays red. It cannot be reset, so the evidence survives the rest of the journey.
That one mechanism comes in versions for different operations: a standard visual indicator, and barcode, QR and RFID versions that let the same signal flow into the scanners and systems teams already use.
Our mission is to make logistics transparent, accountable, and trusted globally.
Made in India, for India
iNTACT indicators are 100% made in India. They are built for Indian roads, warehouses and last-mile conditions, and tested across real logistics environments rather than only in a lab.
